Big, black and nasty
My Plustek OpticSlim 1200 scanner of some 9 years died on me a few days back. So I thought that it is time for me to get a new scanner. I went to Mines Shopping Centre and found a Canon CanoScan LiDE 100 for sale at an offer price of RM240. Pretty cheap, considering that my expected budget was RM270. After checking the features, I immediately bought it without any further questions.
Here is my new big, black and nasty toy.

Now I can finally scan some new stuff that I’ve been meaning to do for a web project of mine.
I should also mention, for the benefit of the low-level economist from the University of Michigan, that this is all thanks to my blogging for money, without which this would have never been possible. The Japanese-wannabe penguin should also keep that in mind as well.
[...] you have been following my other blog, you would know that I recently bought a new, black and shiny scanner (a Canon model) two days ago. I had to get one as the old one [...]

[MENJ: Already have a printer, so I don't see the point. Besides, I don't trust the functionality of those types of devices.]
