Is it just me or is there a current rush for politicians, especially those from Barisan Nasional/UMNO, to embrace blogging as part of their new “occupation”? Latest to join the bandwagon is The Man With Two “Muhammad”s in His Name. Its not an unhealthy development, but it disturbs me, nonetheless. After all, think about it: if everyone is going to rush into making his/her own blog, soon each and every single individual in Malaysia is going to have a blog and the word “blogger” suddenly loses any real meaning.

I just found out that someone has plagiarised the directory brand. Even worse, he stole the logo above and is trying to pass it off as his own. So what really should we call this, “creative copying” or just outright plagiarism?

This is a free web directory which I started called Link Muncher Web Directory. I intend to keep it as a free web directory for as long as I own it. This is part of my experimentation with a totally-free web directory. Is there a catch, you may ask? No, there is no catch in this at all. But although it is a free web directory, it should be noted that links submitted will only be approved based on the submission guidelines which you should read first before submitting. MFA, affiliates or redirect websites will not be accepted at all.

A fresh round of Google PageRank (PR) updates started around last night and according to the Google Toolbar that I have installed in my browser, this blog is a PR4. But since I am experiencing some weird problems with this connection, I am not really too sure about it. Can someone confirm for me that this is really so?

My Streamyx connection seems to be behaving very oddly today. Fortunately I was able to do some jobs and even managed to download the latest Bleach and Naruto episodes, but it has been really shaky.
