DAP is anti-Islam!
You want proof of that? Then read this (quoted by Harian Metro):

Running translation: I ask that the mosque management to not proclaim the adhaan (Muslim call to prayer) too loudly as it will disturb children and those who work in shifts (who are) sleeping.
I am not sure why he even brought this up in Parliament.
But the MP for Kepong should realise that he is not living in Europe, United States or even Singapore, where freedom of religion is stifled and you won’t be able to hear the adhaan proclaimed. Then again, this is the anti-Islam mentality that those DAP turdheads are so fond of adhering to.

I know it is your rights to practice your religion but you must considerate with others.
What if other religions have the similar pratice where they preach at early morning, I bet you will make same comment like Dr Tan of DAP.

I'm not sure if DAP is anti-Islam but it's definitely not right to say that azan prayer disturb people who are sleeping. My house was near a mosque when I was a kid and I have no problem with that.

Just about 3 years ago, there was this group of Muslims in Klang who actually complained about this temple that had a medium. How they used loud drums and cymbals to call on the Gods during the prayer days (I believe it was on tuesday, thursday and sunday morning (11 am ) and night (8 pm). before the temple could even get their case presented to the local councils, a group of young and ruthless Muslims broke down the temple grills and destroyed the drums and cymbals. This happened in Teluk Pulai, Klang.
So now, in your opinion, was freedom to believe and freedom of religion allowed in this situation?
Did the groups of Muslims do the right thing?

we're in a multicultural society, aren't the other ppl of other beliefs allowed to ask for these things?

Aku betui tak faham apa yang hang nak Cina tu kata.
Rumah mak aku betui betui tepi surau Flat sri Kota, BTR. Rumah kat corner jalan ikhlas. Tiap tiap pagi lepas solat subuh.. bukan saja depa baca quran, depa buat syarahan. Dari pukui 6 pagi sampai 830 pagi bunyi orang dok bercakap kat radio.
Kalau clear takpa. kalau merdu takpa.. ni bunyi suara garau. Kalau dulu ustaz Aziz pun atleast ada akai. Lepas Azan solat tak boh speaker.. ni lani solat pon boh speaker.. nak bagi satu flat sri kota dengan jalan ikhlas dengar?
Hang kata cina tu anti-islam.. sebenarnya apa yang dia minta tu munasabah. AKu dengan segala orang melayu islam kat BTR, ngan pak lebai semua dah minta surau tu pelan and kalau nak syarahan kena lepaih pukui 8 pagi.
Orang islam yang ada otak pandai pikiaq.. ni semua mentaliti tabligh dari India bawak mai malaysia dok buat haru.
Kalau orang Penang kata.. amik boh tang dei.

I am truly not suprised anymore by DAP. In recent years Islamophobes have become less and less discreet about their hostility and contempt of not just application of Fiqh, but Muslims and mainstream Islamic practices themselves. DAP is pandering this growing ilk.
This in itself does not bother me, where Haqq is enjoined there will always be resistance from the Mufsidun.
My dissapointment is with the Ummah for failing to stand up for itself and for its Deen.

Azan = Noise Pollution.
If Muslims can't wake up on time for prayer, then that's too bad.
But to bother other communities just for waking up some lazy muslims for prayer – isn't that stupid and selfish?
Your freedoms stop where others' freedoms begin. Other people have the freedom and right to peaceful surroundings without noise pollution.
It should be obvious to decent and dignified human beings by now that Islam is a SELFISH CULT.
