Critical Thoughts

There is an idiot who thinks he had a bright idea and has been trying to go around on other blogs leaving inflammatory remarks to impersonate yours truly. The impostor even made a YouTube account based on my brand (see: http://www.youtube.com/user/IbnJuferi). This, by the way, is my official YouTube channel.

I have reported this imposter to YouTube as per stipulated in their policy. According to the official YouTube statement:

Impersonating another user by copying their exact channel layout, using a similar username, or posing as them in comments, emails or videos is considered harassment and is a violation of our Community Guidelines.

In order for us to take action and remove these types of profiles, we need to hear from the person who is allegedly being impersonated in order to determine the validity of the claim. If you see a profile that you think may be impersonating another user’s, let them know about it and have them report it to the YouTube team.

I will make a police report soon if this account is not taken down by YouTube.

The sockpuppet has been using several Australian IPs when leaving his comments, if any of these IPs matches the list here, please delete the comment immediately as it did not come from me (list will be updated as this imposter is tracked down and traced).
