Critical Thoughts

With such a large amount of money (read: rakyat’s money), we would be better off investing in our own home-grown space programme (which will be much more cost-effective when the time comes for us to really send someone into space) or feeding the poor and/or rural development in this country. Don’t get me wrong, I am not against the development of any scientific achievement and you are talking to a former Form Four/Five student from Science stream. But I really think the money would be better utilised elsewhere.

Instead, we decided to send a beruk into space. What a bloody waste!
