You would think that those people in question would drop this tired, old claim of “he sodomied me!” since it is obvious that its a lie. No one in their right mind is likely to believe that a happily-married man with five kids is going around sodomising people.
I didn’t believe a word of it in 1998 (which was part of the reason why I left UMNO). I do not believe it now.
This is an impromptu statement as I am officially away in Penang and do not have regular access to a computer or an internet connection (for the past 48 hours or so). Therefore the media statement referred to above has shocked me to the core, more so especially since the person in question could have clarified it with me directly (instead of accusing me without checking his facts). However since has been made public and much to my utter disappointment, I wish to clarify the several claims as follows:
1. I have no control over the domain www.mahaguru58.com, www.mahaguru58.net [these domains have expired] or any of its derivatives and therefore I could not care less about any so-called “legal action” against me as I do not own them any longer.
2. I deny any knowledge or involvement in the so-called “pornographic material” associated with these domains. I have explicitly made it clear to the person in question.
3. The following domains will be auctioned off by me to pay off my debts during the process of procuring them:
4. The person in question can go fly a kite, or pergi jahanam as one in the North would say. I hereby disconnect all ties and relations with this person and do not acknowledge him as someone I know any longer, nor will I ever make contact or receive any calls/SMSes/emails from this person or any of his associates without deleting it before reading.
5. I do not wish to be part of a so-called “organisation” which, in my opinion, is no better than a toothless tiger. I hereby disavow any connection to the so-called “organisation” and the so-called “sacking” is, to me, invalid and will have no impact on me or any future activism I may play in the future.

Ketua Umum KeADILan, Anwar Ibrahim mengarahkan peguamnya memfailkan tuntutan undang-undang terhadap Timbalan Ketua Pemuda Umno, Khairy Jamaluddin, dan Dr Chandra Muzaffar berhubung kenyataan fitnah dua individu berkenaan baru-baru ini.
Selain dari tuntuan memohon maaf secara terbuka, Anwar Ibrahim juga memfailkan saman RM10 juta setiap satu kerana tindakan mereka mencemar maruah beliau dengan tuduhan berniat jahat.
Bercakap kepada wartawan, peguam Sankara Nair berkata pihaknya telah menghantar surat tuntutan itu kepada Khairy dan Chandra pada 4 Mac lalu, meminta mereka menarik balik tuduhan mereka dan memastikan tabiat buruk itu tidak diulangi lagi dimasa hadapan.
Looks like this person is desperate enough to actually make doctored screenshots of my YouTube account. Because as one can see, none of the videos purported to be “favourited” by yours truly are in it [and this is why he will not put a direct link to it].
This anonymous hoodlum asks, “Why would a pious Muslim favorite these [videos]?” I do not have to answer this question since it is obvious this person has lied and created fitnah (and this is not the first time he does this) against me. In return, one may ask this question: why is this hoodlum taking great pains to the extent of stalking me all over the Internet and find any dirt that he may come across in order to smear my good name?
That is the question which he may soon find that he will have to answer to the police.
