Creative copying?
Emporium Directory is a web directory project under the VCTech Network label. The logo of this directory is as follows.
I just found out that someone has plagiarised the directory brand. Even worse, he stole the logo above and is trying to pass it off as his own. So what really should we call this, “creative copying” or just outright plagiarism?
