Critical Thoughts

So I disappeared again for several days before reappearing again. I make no apologies for doing that, after all I have a lot of things to do with my life than to create nasty Facebook pages about someone else’s son or insulting and demeaning Islam via Facebook and Twitter, like a certain fugly, flowerhorn face bitch that I know.

Anyway, I think it is time for me to stop posting about eclectic or personal news about myself or my family on this blog, and go back to what I originally intended for it when I first started it: to focus in issues related to religion and comparative religion. I would have included issues about Malaysian politics as well, but since I already own Suara Malaysia, I don’t really quite see the point. Perhaps I will make one or two comments about Malaysian politics occasionally, but it will no longer be the focal point of this blog like it used to be.

For eclectic and personal blog postings, I have decided that I will continue doing that at House of Ideas.

I wonder who was the idiot who first came up with this totally dumb idea. Why does it even cost money to send something which is for free by Yahoo! Mail, GMail and Hotmail? Plus, why the fuck do I need a biometrics identification to just open and check e-mails in the inbox?

If you have a Facebook account, I would appreciate it if you would report this offending profile to The Facebook Team for trying to impersonate me. I have reason to believe that the person who created this fake account was also the same guy who had tried to impersonate me on YouTube and Twitter, which was taken care of by yours truly not too long ago.

A long time ago, some 6 years back at least…I was a heavy proponent of a WordPress theme called “Squible”. Back then, WordPress was version 1.5 and the theme functions were considered ahead of its time, considering that features such as tagging and asides were not native back then. Sadly the developers of the theme lost interest soon after and the theme disappeared from the face of the web.

Fortunately the screenshots of the theme was still lying around. I have been thinking about a new concept for ittaqullah.org and since the Squible theme is pretty much dead and gone by now, why not ask a designer to rip-off the theme design to make it my own? There will of course be some fundamental changes to the design aspect but the layout might remain the same.

I will have to give further thought to this.
