It has taken a lot of work and the two of us are down a whole lot of money, but The doors are going to be open tomorrow morning. We are going to have to do a couple of things before then. Right now we are waiting on Commercial energy to finish up. They had to work over some things so that the power supply was sufficient to our needs. I think they had to add another transformer or something. We did not understand what was going on at first, but the freezers were making a weird noise. It was like they were struggling to work, but the problem was that there was something wrong with the power grid. I am not sure what it was about, but I suspect that they had a bad transformer or some other piece of gear was not working the way it was supposed to.
We are going to finish stocking the shelves once we are are sure that the power problems are solved. The people at Southern Foods are going to come by with a couple of trucks in about an hour and we are going to have to work really hard to get it all put up and set up the displays. I got some of my cousins to come past to help us out, because we are not going to have enough people to be sure that we get it all done in time. We are not really going to have any lee way if we do not get some work done quickly. It is going to be too late in the morning. We plan to get the doors open at half past 8 in the morning and we are not going to shut until it is Midnight the next night.
